OLD MILL HOUSE, KENT

This project comprised a two-storey extension to the side of an attractive 19th Century former mill worker's cottage set on 5 acres of land in Kent. The client wished to extend the property to create a new living room with views of the extensive garden, as well as a new master bedroom with an en-suite shower room & a dressing room. The two-storey extension was designed in such a way as to minimise its impact upon the appearance of the front of the house, whilst providing elegant new spaces that better connect the owners with their beautiful gardens.
