This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of the ground floor of this compact Victorian property. Walls were removed & new openings were formed in order to create a light & airy open-plan family living space, with a strong connection to the rear garden. The existing carpets were lifted & the timber floorboards were sanded, waxed & oiled. A new teal coloured kitchen was fitted, with geometric tiling & a shallow depth penisula unit. The result is an uncluttered but hugely practical & peaceful living space that was completed on a very modest budget.
