This scheme is a two phase project to improve this terraced house's connection with the rear garden & provide a new master bedroom. The first phase, which was undertaken in the summer of 2019, involved the removal of the existing larder & WC at the back of the house & the reconstruction of the 'lean-to' extension. This resulted in an enlarged kitchen-dining room space which opens onto the rear garden. The second phase, which is due to be realised in 2020, comprises the conversion of the roof space in order to provide a new master bedroom with an en-suite shower area. Sliding doors to the rear will face the garden & a large balcony-style roof window to the front will provide views of the Mendip Hills.
