PARK LANE, BATH

This project features a single storey rear extension to a Grade II listed Georgian house in the centre of Bath. An unsympathetic 1980's rear extension will be demolished & in its place a slightly larger dining room addition will be constructed. The new extension has been designed to compliment the existing house & other neighbouring buildings. The new dining room space will link the existing parts of the house with the rear garden. The glazed doors to the extension will open out onto a new sunken patio area.

Planning & Listed Building consent was successfully obtained in 2019 & construction is due to commence in 2020.
